I use tight search criteria using a list of comparable properties which recently sold in the area, just as professional Real Estate appraisers do, to help you identify the true value of the property. I also recommend the use of a value range marketing to capture more Buyers in selling your property.

I moved to San Diego after serving four years in the military, in August 1987. I've been an investor in San Diego real estate since then. My background includes single family residences, condominiums, residential income units, planned urban developments, commercial, and other various Real Estate investment opportunities.
I am also able to identify an upcoming area in a rising market and reap the benefits of increased value through minimum renovation, buy-sell or buy-hold technique and repositioning of properties using my knowledge and expertise as a licensed Realtor and licensed General Contractor.
My expertise and efficient management skills have enabled me to invest in real estate and earn the highest return for my clients. I am extremely well versed in San Diego real estate and tax laws. I was born in Smithtown, Long Island, NY Apr 1965 and moved to Southwest Florida,
Port Charlotte in Jan 1979, where I lived for 5 years before joining the Army in
Sep 1983. I moved to San Diego in Aug 1987, I have made my
home here for the past 22 years and love San Diego. I have a beautiful daughter,
Courtney whom I love. She also resides in San Diego and is now 19 years of age.
I can't believe how time flies, I still feel 29.
During my spare time, I enjoy traveling the globe. I also enjoy meeting new people
from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds. In my daily life, I like to
exercise, bike ride, walk, and meditate. |
